About Me

I have been practicing BodyWork since 2000. After experiencing various types of BodyWork sessions throughout the years, I decided to pass on the pleasure to others. I have trained in Reflexology, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki and continue to expand my education and knowledge. I am an American Certified Board Reflexologist (ARCB) and Reiki II Practitioner. Through training, self-teaching, practice, instinct and experience I have developed my own unique form of BodyWork and Reflexology that I guarantee is one of the best you will experience.

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Managment. I have studied Reflexology & Massage at the New York Open Center and also have an Associates Degree in Performing Arts from Community College of Allegheny County. I am also a New York City actor and for 7 years was a Certified Mental Health/Drug/Alcohol Prevention Specialist in Pennsylvania. Besides BodyWork/Massage, I am also certified by ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) as a Personal Trainer and am certified by the American Heart Association in Adult CPR & AED.

My philosophy is that for complete harmony, the body, mind & soul must be in sync with each other. I feel that BodyWork and Reflexology are a most satisfying journey to reach this point. I also feel that we are always striving somehow to improve and better ourselves and as someone once told me, "WE ARE A WORK IN PROGESS".

IN LOVING MEMORY OF MY SOULMATE, CYNTHIA E. LESTER, WHO FOUGHT AN AMAZING & DIGNIFIED BATTLE AGAINST OVARIAN CANCER AND LEFT THIS WORLD MUCH TOO SOON ON JANUARY 11TH, 2005. YOU TAUGHT ME SO MUCH AND MADE ME A BETTER PERSON MORE THAN YOU CAN EVER KNOW. I WILL MISS YOUR BRIGHT SMILE, YOUR BEAUTIFUL EYES, YOUR WARMTH, YOUR COMPASSION, YOUR PASSION, YOUR ENCOURAGING WORDS & WISDOM, YOUR LAUGHTER AND YOUR HUMOR ALWAYS, BUT THE BATTLE IS OVER AND YOU ARE NOW AT PEACE LYING ON A BEAUTIFUL BEACH WITH WHITE SAND FOREVER. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY HEART.
